RATES
The prices indicated are net prices, all taxes included, except tourist tax.

BOOKING
The reservation takes effect from 3 p.m. on the day of the client's arrival and ends at 12 noon on the day of the client's departure.
* FEBRUARY MARCH APRIL (except school vacations) MAY and JUNE (except public vacation weekends), OCTOBER and NOVEMBER: 
reservations of 1 or 2 nights will be considered firm with 
obtaining a credit card number. In the event of high tourist traffic, a deposit may be required equal to the value of one night's hotel stay.
 
*JULY AUGUST SEPTEMBER and WEEK ENDS HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS :
 All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit paid either by check, bank transfer or credit card with the customer's authorization.  
For a stay less than or equal to 3 days: the amount of the deposit requested is the estimated amount of one night of the stay booked.
For a stay longer than 3 days: the amount of the deposit requested is 30% of the estimated value of the stay booked.
A confirmation will be sent to the customer either by e-mail, by sms, by phone with reservation number, by post.
 
CANCELLATION 1 
* FEBRUARY MARCH APRIL (except school vacations) MAY and JUNE (except public vacation weekends), OCTOBER and NOVEMBER: Any cancellation will be taken into account by the person in charge of the reception if it is made according to the following procedure: 
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE 15 HOURS, the day of arrival and taking possession of the room,
2. TELEPHONE CALL TO RECEPTION (messages on answering machine are not accepted) and confirmation by the person in charge of reception that the cancellation of the reservation has been taken into account.
3. If this procedure is not respected, the value of one night will be charged by the receptionist.
4. In case of departure of the client on the day of arrival, the person in charge of reception will charge the value of one night, also in case of reduction of the duration of the stay initially booked. 
 
CANCELLATION 2 
* 1-10 JULY / 22 -30 SEPTEMBER / WEEK END FERRIES / 
1. FREE CANCELLATION WITHOUT CHARGE: 30 DAYS prior to the date of arrival at the hotel, 
2. CANCELLATION LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL: 30% OF THE DEPOSIT KEPT BY THE HOTEL. This deposit will be valid for a subsequent stay during the current year or during the following year with date restrictions according to the booked rates.
2. ANY HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION MUST BE EXPRESSLY CONFIRMED BY MAIL BY THE CUSTOMER WITH CONFIRMATION BY MAIL TO THE CUSTOMER OF THE ACCOUNTING OF HIS CANCELLATION, EFFECTED BY THE RECEPTION RESPONSIBLE, otherwise, the deposit will be kept by the receptionist (this is to avoid cancellations that are not taken into account and which force the establishment to keep the deposit because of a room left vacant because not rented following an unwritten cancellation).
3. 3. In the event of the client's departure on the day of arrival, or if the initial length of stay is changed, the reception manager will charge the entire stay.
 
CANCELLATION 3
* 11-31 JULY / AUGUST /1 -21 SEPTEMBER / 
1. FREE CANCELLATION WITHOUT CHARGE: 60 DAYS prior to the date of arrival at the hotel, 
2. CANCELLATION LESS THAN 59 DAYS TO 45 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL: 30% OF THE DEPOSIT KEPT BY THE HOTEL. This deposit will be valid for a later stay during the current year or during the following year with date restrictions according to the booked rates.
3. FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 44 DAYS OF ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL: DURING THIS PERIOD OF HIGH SEASON, WE INFORM OUR CLIENTS THAT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE STAY WILL BE DUE.
 
4. ANY CANCELLATION OF VERY HIGH SEASON MUST BE EXPRESSLY CONFIRMED BY MAIL BY THE CUSTOMER WITH WRITTEN CONFIRMATION IN WRITING BY THE RECEPTION MANAGER. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained by the reception manager (this is to avoid cancellations that are not taken into account and that force the establishment to retain the deposit because of a room left vacant because not rented due to an unwritten cancellation).
5. In the event of the client's departure on the day of arrival, or if the initial length of stay is changed, the receptionist will charge the entire stay.
 
EVENTUAL OVERBOOKING
If at the arrival of the customer at the hotel, there is no room available, the person in charge of reception will relocate the customer, in the best possible conditions with regard to his initial reservation. The customer will be welcomed in the lounge for the time required for the new reservation and a refreshment service will be offered.
This new reservation will be at the client's expense. 
 
The Hotel may release itself from its obligations or suspend their performance if it is unable to meet them due to the occurrence of an event beyond its control or beyond its control or in the event of force majeure.
 
PETS 
The hotel accepts pets (dogs) free of charge under conditions of perfect cleanliness and silence. Pets are under the responsibility of their owners who are booked at the hotel. The management reserves the right to check the state of the accommodation at the time of the client's departure and, in the event of damage not indicated to the receptionist, to require the client to participate in the repair of the damage caused.
